Pousadas in Batna Province

"This is a charming and most certainly underrated hotel in the heart of Batna. It is a 10 minute walk from the railway station and is operated by a very friendly owner who speaks English fluently. The room had an ensuite which was well lit and relatively new and a balcony overlooking the town plaza. Breakfast, which is included contained egg, cordial, yoghurt, and many cakes and pastries, as-welk-as coffee. The hotel was clean and quaint throughout, and all staff were attentive. Would recommend 110%"

"Everything was great. But you charged me on my credit card for the amount of: $111,12 and when I check in on Sunday, November 23th the Receptionist find any réservation. And it was the only way to get the room to paying in the front by cash! I payed for 2 nights, and now I need the full refund of the $111.12 back on my credit card Please. Cordially.
