Welcome to our beautiful townhome in Baton Rouge.
Brand-new house with all brand-new and modern furniture and appliances. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house has a total of 7 beds and one couch bed and can sleep 8 guests very comfortably!
The master has a king size bed, and the guest bedrooms have a bed and a bunkbed. The house has several TVs so guests can watch TV upstairs and downstairs
Only a 5-minute drive to campus, it is also on the LSU bus route, and walking distance to several restaurants
* NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house- $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house.
* NO PETS ALLOWED- $250 Pet cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of pet in the property.
* PARKING- parking space available for 2 midsize vehicles inside garage and 2 on the driveway. Absolutely NO blocking neighbors' driveways or streetside parking. (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
* NO PACKAGE DELIVERY - We are not responsible for any packages delivered to this address.
