"The pool was dirty. The room wasn't very clean. We needed towels and couldn't get any that night because the front desk didn't have access to the laundry room. We were given 3 towels meant for the pool area. There was a dirty rusty razor blade laying outside by the door for days. We didn't even stay ..."
