Quiet, on 3rd floor but good lift.The area is great, small local bars and restaurants, interesting indoor market close by, lively but not rowdy. Good jazz bar close.Easy walk to all art galleries and city sites"

"L'appartement est très récent et bien situé. Un garage est à disposition donc très pratique. Le seul petit reproche serait au niveau de l'intimité. Les stores et les portes transparentes ne permettent pas d'allumer le soir sinon tout le monde peut vous voir dans la pièce à vivre, la douche ou la chambre. C'est peut-être un élément à améliorer pour ne pas vivre sans lumière. Et pour cuisiner peu d'ustensiles (il manque des indispensables comme une passoire par exemple)."
