"Good location,nice/clean hotel,breakfast is good,courteous and helpful staff.But had an issue at check-in: reception can't find my reservation,but she gave me a room anyway with apologies.I contacted Expedia and found out their staff in charge of reservation doesn't work on week-ends,and didn't inform reception of my arrival..."

I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel with the only thing letting them down is general maintenance. Little things like broken mosquito netting, no shower gel in the bathroom. "It was a great experience the room was perfect. 2 bathrooms 3 beds and the room smelled nice but the thing is there was mosquitoes and geckos in bathrooms the pool was great and was pretty deep and the breakfast was free so we enjoyed that the staff treated us nice and helped us with our luggage i rate this 9/10"

"An ordinary hotel in Battambang- very hard uncomfortable bed, room didn’t overlook a pool- shower room had water, we didn’t get any hot water, curtains were ineffective. Interesting lock (padlock) for the room, We ordered some room service- this was ok. Seemed a nice family running the place but it’s more of a guest house feel."
