The staff/owners were great, friendly and hospitable. The hotel is a up and coming hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable but definitely need some updates. I booked two (2) rooms, the AC in one room, the single, would get cool fast, the second room was a double and it would take hours to cool off. The WiFi was spotty in some areas. The location of the hotel was near the entrance to the beach and shopping area.

We had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready, and then call three times and visit reception to get towels. The dinner buffet was not great. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable, with huge bed. The hotel really is a time travel experience and worthy of a one or two night stay

Clean and large rooms, bathroom has speakers so can listen to television; fridge has several complimentary drinks, biscuits and peanuts - nice and unexpected; roof top pool was enjoyable; free city tour definitely worth the time (2:30-5:30pm).
