"Good service "

"Room was lovely and clean. Supplies of breakfast cereal and biscuits along with adequate supplies of tea and coffee were much appreciated. Bed slightly soft for my liking, but ok for one night. Pillows were very, very soft. It would have been nice to have at least one firm pillow. Carpet in room 24 was very damp under the window. It had been raining, so not sure if window had been left open. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in this non-smoking room."

"LOVED IT HERE!! Apartment was amazing. So much space, the bathroom had a jet bath which was such a nice surprise. Laundry detergent and dish soap included etc, had everything we needed there including a washer and tumble dryer, all the appliances in the kitchen. Staff were so friendly at reception. Local area nice, walking distances to amenities. Would stay there again. We loved it"
