"thanks brian. You have a very nice rental. Here are somethings, that i am assuming you are aware of but probably need some attention.*All towel racks in full bathroom are broken, missing or gone. Some parts are in the closets*black mold is growing on caulk in shower*black mold is growing on torn molding behind toilet*shelf is shower is broken and missing*towels are well worn and frayed--you can probably get new nice towels for 50 on amazon*closet in master bedroom has dirty sheets in it*blinds...

"The room was clean and spacious. Walk in shower had good pressure and temp. We got in later (8:30pm) and the attached restaurant (Wingnutz Buffalo) was open until 10:00. The restaurant was excellent. The traditional wings and “nuggiez” were both tip top. The fries and blue cheese were both outstanding. This hotel has an outdoor courtyard in the middle with a huge cabana and about 6 fire pits and seating areas. I would definitely stay here again."

"For a budget hotel, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is what really sets this place apart. Everyone was very friendly! The room was spacious and clean, although a bit dated in some aspects (the color scheme was interesting). Couple of things I wished it had - hair dryer, plastic cups for water, and a clock… but that’s me being nit picky :)"

"My room was nice and quiet, very clean with no odors. Bed was comfortable. The evening staff that greeted me was very friendly and personable. I felt the value was good for the money. My only disappointment was my fault. I read the description as "Breakfast included" but it actually said "Breakfast Available". Again, that was my fault, not the hotel's, but I was still disappointed with that."
