"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. As all the reviews have said it was simply immaculate, the bed linen smelt heavenly and was so comfortable. "Outstanding stay at butterfly barn, couldn’t fault anything. The place was very clean and tidy on arrival, the check in process was easy and Stephanie is a lovely host. Nothing was too much for Stephanie, she was able to accommodate all our needs flawlessly, which made the stay that much better.
