"The hotel has only 4 rooms (2 are free standing bungalows and 2 are rooms upstairs from the common areas) . We stayed in one of the bungalows. The bungalow was lacking in proper lighting. The room was very dark at night, so it was impossible to read. In the outdoor bathroom on the other hand, blinding white lighting was installed around the mirror, very unpleasant. "Canggu can be a hard spot to navigate if you’re staying in a villa on the outskirts of town. The location of The Kirana is exceptional; walking distance to the beach is a massive plus for me. The staff were so engaging and ready to accomodate any of our wishes. Really couldn’t fault this hotel."

"Tons and tons of noise. Daily construction nearby. Religious temple next to hotel and hours of related music/noise blaring all morning/night. Loud street dogs barking at all hours. My unit had shared an interior door with the next unit. I could hear other guests sneeze/fart/cough as clear as if they were in my unit with me. Internet cuts out every few hours. Not relaxing at all. "

"Everyone loved the villa! Love how we could come together at the living room and still enjoy privacy at our own respective rooms. The villa was very spacious. Walking distance to the beach. However, location is a little inaccessible as we had to go through long hours of jam everytime we wanted to go out for activities."

"The staff made this property a 5 star! They were fantastic! The chef cooked up whatever we wanted for breakfast every morning when it was best for us. Food was so good, always had clean towels, and they did our laundry/folded! The pool was the best part, it was huge and so much fun to play in anytime we wanted to. We had so much privacy and i would stay here again when we come back "

"Property is a great location. Located in a safe lane way. Staff at the villa 24/7 so made you feel very safe. On arrival the fridge has 6 soft drinks, and some snacks which was unexpected, was so kind and thoughtful. The villa was spacious, great pool not too much sun which is nice to help with the heat. Villa staff were lovely very helpful, and like a said was nice knowing they were there 24/7 I didn’t realise breakfast was included, which was great and 1 less expense with different...
