"I have booked for 6 nights. When I saw how dirty was the bathroom and that there was no light from the outside ( the room looks like a prison cell), I called hotels.com immediately to cancel my booking for the 5 remaining nights. They couldn't reach the manager and nobody answered their calls. In the morning, before checking out, the staff was able to join the manager by phone. "Recently renovated with outstanding cleanliness. Functional rooms with some having a small balcony for smoking and/or watching the world go by. Due to the location, external noise can be an issue and stairs to the upper levels may problematic for the elderly. All the same I would definitely stay again. "

"The Villa no 8 is not part of Klub Bunga management so we can't access the facilities of Klub Bunga without paying extra. The place is quite old and cleanliness is not very good.
