Excellent hotel

This is an excellent hotel. It's still rather new and very well maintained. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff personnel are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Superb Hotel

We had an outstanding experience staying at Golden Tulip. Everything was spot on. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast option was fantastic. 10/10, definitely will come back if we go to Batu again. Highly recommend.

Lokasi dekat dengan beberapa object wisata. Dekat BNS dekat jatim park 2. Pesan 4 kamar dapat dilantai yang sama. Fasilitas OK. Cocok buat keluarga dengan anak kecil. Ada tempat mainan. Kolam renang lumayan luas. Sayang saat menginap kolam air panasnya sedang perbaikan.

Satisfactory for the price but not a five-star

Overall we did not feel it was a five star hotel as one would expect a certain standard of up-keep. It requires a little attention to details and looking somewhat "tired". We had booked a Premium room with nice views (only difference to the standard room).

The hotel offers beautiful scenery view as well as sunrise spot, luxurious facilities for the guests.. Room was excellent, stayed on its cheapest room so we didn't get the mountain view but it's okay because we could enjoy it outside and took outdoor photos. The hotel is suitable for family holidays as they has so many entertainment facilities for the whole family members
