The staff were friendly and awesome. Location was pretty near to waterfront and airport (approx RM10 by grab). Just one downside, there’s a Karaoke/pub at level 2 so some rooms got a free (off-key) lullabies from 10am to 2am but hey, I rather that than other noises. But it’s funny when this became ...

Vivacity Megamall Serviced Apartments
Towel and Bed sheet to be more organised and better standard. Gate door, common toilet door lock and common toilet seat are very poor and inconvenient. The rest are acceptable. Not considering for next stay.

Impiana by Roxy Hotel
Good location, 10 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from Kuching waterfront and 5 minutes from Aeon Mall, thus easily accessible to most places. However, the hotel did not provide slippers for all 3 nights of our stay, saying that there is no stock and still waiting for a new supply!
