"I had a ground floor room right by the street and parking lot. I was there for 2 weeks and I wanted to switch rooms but was told that I couldn't. I had trouble getting clean towels and had to wait 2 days for toilet paper. This was one of my worst experiences in the Philippines. Breakfast was over at 8 am so you have to get up early after listening to dogs barking all night, noise from traffic and of course several roosters. Not a pleasant stay. "
