I had a very pleasant stay at Boulevard Hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the boulevard, the beach and the Old Town. What impressed me most was the service. After checking out, I realized that I had left my original iPhone charger in the room. Rezi was extremely helpful, stayed in contact with me and made sure it was safely handed over to my friend later that evening. A special thank you to Rezi for his kindness and reliability. Service like this really makes a difference. I would gladly stay here again!

An awesome stay in Batumi

The location is perfect, the rooms are quite clean and comfortable. On the other hand, the staff are awesome, especially Fatima in the reception is a very friendly and helpful person. We strongly recommend this facility.

A perfect experience

The hotel was perfect. The location, architecture, the size of the room, the comfort of the bed, everything was very good. My wife and I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the boulevard. The view from the balcony was lush and peaceful. I could have stayed in that room for days. The hotel staff were helpful and very friendly. It was easy to understand that they cared about their jobs. I recommend that hotel owners and managers appreciate their employees.

Perfecte lokatie. Prettig terras voor de deur. Airco werkte goed. Raam kon open maar grensde aan tuin van naastgelegen restaurant, dus kon eigenlijk niet open omdat de klanten dan zo naar binnen keken.

En önemlisi klozetlerde taharet musluğu yok ve bu odaya girene kadar hiçbir yerde belirtilmemiş bir durum . Bizim için seyahatin keyfini kaçırdıOda temiz ancak çok küçük..personelle temasımız olmadı günlük giriş çıkışlarda bile bize bakmadılar bile.. sanki apartman girişi gibiydi. Sadece bayan resepsiyonist kibar ve selam veriyordu. Otelim tarzı bu olabilir.. buna çok takılmadım ama otellerde alışık olmadığım bir tavırdı. Otelin konumu iyiydi evet ama etrafı otel kaynıyor.. eminim klozetinde taharet musluğu oşan daha geniş odalı ve yine tarihi binada birçok otel bulabilirim. Hotels.com içşn eksi puan oda özelliklerinde taharet musluğunun belirtilmemiş olması. Kıçını yıkamayan kaç millet var acaba

Her anlamda muhteşem bir deneyim

İki günlük Batum seyahatimizde en çok memnun kaldığımız şey otelimiz oldu. Giriş işlemleri oldukça hızlıydı, resepsiyonistler güleryüzlüydü ve yardımseverdi. Oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Otelin içi genel olarak çok güzel kokuyordu. Havlular, nevresimler temiz ve lekesizdi. Buklet malzemeleri yeterli ve kaliteliydi. Yatak ve yastıklar oldukça rahattı. Otelin konumu gezilecek her yere çok yakındı. Kahvaltı için resepsiyondaki arkadaşların önerdiği yere gittik ve memnun kaldık. Genel olarak tüm otel deneyimimiz çok keyifliydi. Tekrar Batum’a yolumuz düşerse mutlaka tekrar bu otelde konaklarız. Bu güzel hizmetleri için tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyoruz.
