It was really worth it

I would like to thank Yana and her husband very much. They were very helpful in every way. Even before we arrived, they called us while we were abroad and gave us all the necessary information. They did not reject all our requests, even if they were not important. They are very good people. I definitely recommend them. The best hotel in the Batumi region.

I had the panorama rooftop room. The views were pretty nice, It was on the 27th floor. From one living room you saw the mountains and the other living room had a view to the beach. The kitchen was really basic, two stoves and a pan. No oven or microwave. The internet connection was good, I was able to work remotely with it and watch live stream sport.

What I didn’t like is that the nova is inside another hotel which is “ steps “ hotel , so all the facilities are not included such as room service , pool all that i have to pay to get !!

Really good value for money

My criticism of this property is that is does not have more elevators. But this seems to be a Batumi-wide issue. Otherwise, it is a really great property for the price paid. I would absolutely re-book.

Worst experience

The stay was unacceptable, it stated clearly when I reserved the apartment that the it include the swimming pool. However, when I went to use it I was asked to pay 60 GEL for both of us. This is unacceptable and considers fake advertising. Worst experience ever.
