"Warning at the end! This was a lovely hotel in the heart of a charming town. The front desk person was an angel and the manager was great. Our room was spacious, compared to others we stayed in during this trip. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. Very nice breakfast. The hotel only had 10 parking spaces and they were all occupied. Fortunately I was able to park on the street across from the hotel because it was a Saturday night and the parking ban there was not enforced that late or in the morning. Moral of the story: Get there as early as possible so you can grab a space. However, the garage is tight so try on-street parking if your vehicle is big."

"This was an amazing property to have had the pleasure of staying in. It is located up in the hills just outside the pretty little town of Bauduen. The property caters well for everyone having everything you could possibly need for your stay. Wim the owner lists his property with great detail and what you see is what you get. The four of us stayed a week in May, weather was amazing for time of year. Perfectly located for visiting the Gorges Du Verdon which is an absolute must, Sillans waterfall, Lac Sainte Croix and hiring boats, Bauden town itself plus a short walk takes you above the property and you get amazing views of the lake, plus much more if you have the time. The property was clean, beds comfortable adequate things to do from table tennis, boules, board games, dvds, lovely swimming pool and a large gas BBQ, what more could you want. Lots of beautiful drive out places all with lovely views. Another plus is you get good sunshine pretty much all day and great sunsets over the lake. If I were to suggest one thing that would be having mesh fitted to windows so they can be open at night and the mosquitos stay out other than we loved it."

"Everything was fine and the clerks were just very polite and friendly, mostly at the “Style” Ibis. I would sure go back there but I would sleep at the “Style” Ibis instead of the Budget. The “atmosphere” at the Style was much better !"

"Great view of the lake, good food and good service. Room conditions need improvement as two electrical outlets didn’t work in our room. Only outlet working was the one for the TV, They brought us an extension cord and unplugged the TV to solve the problem. Room condition and facilities are very basic but I guess that’s what we paid for. "

"Turns out they were closed on the day of our checkin which we were not aware of. We tried to call and no one answered. We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all. The beds were not made, there was no soap or cleaning items to towels yet checkout required us to wash dishes. The electricity was also off so we had to find the electrical box. The WiFi also didn’t work. When we tried to calll back the emergency number no one answered."
