" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"

"This was a lovely traditional property with a homey feel and a gorgeous view. Breakfast every morning on the patio was perfect. Being right on the beach with ample public parking made the stay much more convenient. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"What a lovely relaxed place. The margaida was in a great location, and easy walkable to the restaurants and beaches. Sadly as I had hurt myself and ended up in A&E on our arrival night, it wasn’t the trip I’d hoped for. But the hotel accommodated our very late check-in, lovely breakfast and great quiet safe location to chill and recover. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open when we were there but maybe it is in season. They also didn’t do food that I saw apart from the breakfast. We would stay here again, staff lovely, clean throughout. I didn’t try the spa either but maybe next time we visit! "

"Lovely hotel, my favourite of our entire trip to Sardegna. The front desk and kitchen staff were all so friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the building itself is charming and beautiful. Loved how it was decorated. Would definitely stay again :)"

"Beautiful vintage property designed with stone, wood beams, and brick. The staff was the best, so helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Walk down safe cobbled streets to the beach, marina, restaurants, and shopping. Loved this place."
