"Nicly situated hotel with beautiful view over Bodenmais. Pool, sauna, garden, restaurant and bar at the hotel. New proprietors (June 2025) which did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. A lot of out door activities avaliable in vicinity. Summer rodel was on our 12-year top list. Staying at Luca in Bodenmais gave access to a local activity card which gave really good discounts on a lot of activities - for instance was two tours with summer rodel at Silberberg, ski lift and tour in...

Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. "Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern und auch die Anlage hat uns positiv überrascht. Besonders schön war der große Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Bis mittags hatte man dort Sonne und konnte wunderbar entspannen. Obwohl wir zur Hauptsaison dort waren und viele Wohnungen belegt waren, war es abends angenehm ruhig. "Went there for a work trip. Overall experience was good. Only a small personal remark about the bed. The bed was ok, but a bit of a thin squeaky mattress. Also 2 separate mattresses in a double bed where one is lying higher than the other isn't extremely comfortable. Nonetheless. Breakfast was good, room was ok. Good for a business trip."
