"Made booking 6 weeks in advance, choose pay at property booking, turned up to check in at approx 10.30pm after a full day, to be told room hadnt been confirmed as no payment made at time of booking, although that was not the option booked. Ended up having to travel 4 hours home, with no where to stay after a full day in blackpool with 3 kids "

"I stayed as I was at a rock concert in Lytham Stay was excellent comfortable and warm Cooked me what asked for for breakfast (just wanted fried eggs on toast) was presented lovely and was really hot "

"We had a warm welcome from Chris. Check-in was easy. The room was extremely clean, along with the rest of the hotel. The way Chris & Nancy do the breakfast is excellent. You have a sheet you fill in and everything is cooked fresh and on the table in no time. also the quality of the breakfast, is Superb. We will definitely be go back on our next vivist to Blackpool."
