" The room was very clean and very nice, when I checked out, the staff was extremely courteous and very helpful, however, when I checked in the staff was not that helpful, and will not disc courteous, not at all friendly."

The staff went over and above, I'm handicapped and use a power wheelchair, when I left we had a lot of snow the night before I left, there was ice and then snow, the maintenance crew brought my vehicle under the carport at the main entrance so I could safely load my chair on the lift and get in my vehicle. It's where I'll stay from now on for my visits to Cleveland Clinic Avon."
