This 3 Bdrm ocean front home has breathtaking oceanfront views and spacious outdoor deck with dining table and chaise lounges. The house has 1 full bath, a 1/2 bath and enclosed outdoor shower. It is completely furnished with all amenities (linens, towels, beach chairs, bikes), AC/heat, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

House is a 5 minute walk from Fair Harbor ferry. Fair Harbor is the ultimate family community with a 4-star restaurant (Le Dock), food market, ice cream shop, fire house, playground, boat/fishing docks, and general store.
