"The property was very spacious and well equipped, so we were able to cook for ourselves. The rooms are really comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay "

"Wonderful set up at The Lodge. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family break. All the mod cons, particularly liked the electric window blinds. Kitchen facilities was excellent and more than adequate. We also took our own coffee machine for that extra home comfort. Location was pretty central for the places we wanted to visit. Windermere was only 40 minutes away with stunning views of the country side on route. Hot Tube was a lovely touch and well maintainedAll in all a lovely break away...

"Great central location for walking. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Good choice of supermarkets. Good choice of takeaways nearby."

"Perfect break. We were happy with everything. The room was very good, clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. We didn't eat at the hotel as we were meeting friends so cannot comment on the food. The location was perfect for us as it was on the sea front"

"Good"

"Excellant accomadation. Beautiful scenery. Will be back again. Thank you"

"Perfect for a family of four. Clean, everything you need for a stay. Easy check-in. Free parking on the street and only a 15 minute walk to the castle or to the Ashton Memorial."

"We loved the location as Coniston is not so touristy and still very scenic. We loved the size, layout, quality of furnishing and white goods in the flat. There is everything needed for self catering but very good pubs and coffee shops close by. Highly recommend High Wythow"
