Nestled in the boreal forest on the shore of Lake Superior, this home offers gorgeous lake views and spacious accommodations just a few miles from charming downtown Bayfield! Located in Brickyard Creek, an environmental residential community dedicated to stewardship, preservation and restoration along the creek and greater Lake Superior watershed.

5th Stay at this Property

Over the past 15 years, we've booked this property for long weekends in either the summer, fall or winter. Owners have come and gone - but the memories that we have of this wonderful cabin will remain with us forever.Beautiful, secluded location. Well-appointed amenities. Super-comfortable beds and comforters.This is one of our favorite get aways. Great place!

Mini Bayfield vacay

We went to the Bayfield area for the Apple Fest the first weekend in October. There were six of us; three sisters and their three sisters-in-law. We didn’t want a hotel so I checked on VRBOs in the area. I found Brickyard Lakeside Retreat and it was perfect. There was plenty of beds for us and a large screened in porch facing Lake Superior. It was clean and neat. We had a wonderful time and I recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable place to stay close to Bayfield and Madeline Island. Thanks Ashley! Linda
