"Great location in Bayfield. Comfortable bed. House keeping staff were friendly and helpful. Front reception day staff not very friendly or approachable. Bathroom floor cracked- needs to be replaced. Room was 60 degrees when we arrived. Could not adjust temperature. Fireplace would not heat room. It was like staying in a refrigerator."

"Had wrong date and was at Ranchhouse Inn the week before at 310pm asked them to cancel it cause of the wrong booking date then was told had to go through Expedia and when I called them was told it was up to the managers at the Inn.
