"Spent 3 days (cold weather) camping, and we needed to relax at a motel overnight before going home. Accidently stumbled upon Mountain Landing Suites. This king-size suite has a full kitchen, sofa, and a very comfortable bed, rustic furniture. Lots of room for a small family or 2 couples "

"Though curb appeal was minimal, a very delightful clean basic room. Only negative was road noise but motel provided ear plugs for sleeping, Lounge served good food and we had the bonus of live music. "

"It looked like a rat hole at first and my wife she would pay for another hotel, just anything else please. I said, let’s not judge a book by its cover, at least men are around doing improvements. Inside, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. As good as any mid priced room anywhere. Stay was fine, slept well."

"This was a great option for my kiddos who wanted to camp, and for me who didn't want to deal with setting up or breaking down a camp! The folks from the front office were wonderful and very accommodating to a last minute change in the number kiddos coming on our trip. According to my daughter, we'll be staying here every time we're in the Durango area!"

"We loved being hidden in the trees. The cabin is cute and cozy but reevaluate we spent a good amount of time just in the trees. It’s at the top of the neighborhood If you walk further up the mountain you just get deeper into the trees. Hosts were responsive and gave good advice, we had a 4 cylinder car so we probably would have gotten stuck if a storm had hit so that might be something to keep in mind in the winter. And it’s about 30 min to get to downtown Durango but it’s a beautiful drive and...
