"Staff was polite and helpful, and overall the hotel seemed clean and taken care of. However, our particular room (at just shy of $300/night) included a leaking wax ring at the bottom of the toilet, resulting in a slow, steady, leak around the toilet. This leak was clearly ongoing as the tile and grout where the water was pooling was all stained. Calling that "disgusting" is an understatement. Ours was the last room available (likely for this reason) so changing rooms was not an option. Further, the bed seemed to more or less "lean" towards the middle. While my partner and I do enjoy being in bed together, we don't enjoy feeling like the bed is pushing towards the middle - which is how it felt, as though the middle of the frame had bowed down or something. Outside of that, seemed fine."

"Pros: Nice having four bedrooms each with a queen bed. Beds were VERY comfortable and there were tons of linens, blankets, towels, pillows, etc. Parking on-site was very convenient. Spacious rooms throughout the house. Cons: 26th street is a main road, so there is considerable traffic noise.. but it also made it easy to access restaurants, Ubers, etc. FYI - no coffee provided in the unit, so plan to bring your own. We made that mistake. Lastly, host was incredibly responsive when I reached out. However, there were things I had to contact for that could have just been included in the check-in instructions such as WiFi info or the unit #."
