"Beautiful hotel and property, and beautifully maintained grounds. The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great linens, toiletries, and towels. My only complaint was that they weren’t clear with us about whether breakfast was included and neglected to tell us the price- 35 EUR pp, and 7 EUR pp for tea! It’s a five star hotel so it sort of makes sense, but seems a bit steep given the area and what we paid for the room. Would’ve been nice to mention it ahead of time. "

"It was a bit clumsy to check in-hotel reached out to Expedia to send heads up to us how to self check in bc they leave property at 8pm. Yet Expedia did not call us correctly not using country code 1 for US. But staff was super nice and friendly and accommodating. Room was small, did not have refrigerator nor wine glasses nor wine opener. "

"Wonderful hotel on the beach. We had a relaxing 3 days here. If the local authorities put up a sign saying a NO Through Road, then it would be perfect, great access to resturants - a nice walk to the centre of town, lisening to the waves at night was delightful. Car parking under the lodge was interesting and a little difficult, but it was good to get the car off the road."
