The 1st fl. sunny apt has a private entrance. Fully furnished with utilities, cable, Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities. Pet-friendly & welcomed on a case-by-case basis. You’ll have a designated garage parking space for one (1) compact car. Free but limited street parking! The unit features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room, an eat-in kitchen, outdoor patio seating, a dedicated workspace, and a shared laundry room with free use. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment.
