The only saving grace for this place was the staff. They were friendly and helpful. The parking for four days was also way overpriced 543.00!! Yes you read that right. Will not be returning."

"The room was clean and comfortable. However, I booked this hotel specifically because the listing said it had a king size bed. Instead, I was given a standard room with a queen bed. The TV remote didn't work. It wasn't a dead battery, it seemed like a connection issue between the remote and the TV. "The room was TINY, but the staff was wonderful, the room was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable."

"Located within steps of the 9-11 memorial. This location was perfect. Lower West Side near the Oculus (Subway Trains). Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only issue was the king size bed was actually two full size beds put together. They have vending and laundry available on site"
