"Very nice welcoming helpful owners with great service. Breakfast was great. Room was nice with a balcony. Our view was obstructed by the roof of an attached building. If you want a better view request a room on the third floor. Parking was easy. Water is no longer free which is understandable."

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, ich habe keinen Wellnessbereich gesehen und es war auch nichts beschildert. Auf der Expedia Seite ist aber ein Wellnessbereich beschrieben. War etwas enttäuscht, den es war ein Kriterium weshalb ich dieses Hotel gewählt hatte. Aufnicht"

"This is a well run apartment hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the main street but close enough to walk to. Breakfast was particularly good and the service was very attentive. The room was cleaned every day by a delightful lady who together with the owners was very welcoming. We were given recommendations for good restaurants in the area and overall our stay was an enjoyable experience. The Tegernsee is beautiful and is highly recommended as a tourist destination."

"Very beautiful place if you want to have a get away from city life. Place is surrounded by mountains and close to couple of lakes. Host was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of veg options. Overall we had a memorable stay. "

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. "Perfect apartment for us ,11 Adults + 6 kids, individual bedrooms with attached bathroom and the huge kitchen as family room. The kids enjoyed the pool, the freedom to run around and we adults felt very welcome too. Johanna and her family were always within reach. We definitely would come back."
