"The property was clean and maintained. It is literally on the water. If you want the ocean at your doorstep, you cannot get any better than this! We were minutes away from the shopping at public piers at Rockport. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks. "We came for my mom and sister’s birthday and it was amazing. Cute property and close to everything we had planned to do. The beach, sightseeing the mansion and the big tree, and the Boiling Pot. Definitely staying here again for another quick getaway."

"Overall the stay and was nice the room was average, the entire property was way more run down than in the pictures, half the building was missing, the elevators did not work and we were on the 3rd floor, there were holes in the floor with a plank of wood covering them. The room we enjoyed cause it was big enough for our family, we could cook meals and all dishes were available. It had not been restocked in some time. "
