"The hotel was close to every thing I needed to be close too & walking distance.only problem we had the elevators was so small"

"It is a nice hotel, clean with good sized rooms. Staff was professional. The downfall is prices. You’re paying an arm and a leg for a room which are nice, however, to buy anything else in the hotel is outrageous. Including paying for checked bags. Elevator was extremely slow."

"We had an excellent stay at Hilton Times Square. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Times Square and close to many attractions, restaurants, and subway stations. Housekeeping was outstanding, and our room was always clean and well-maintained. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York. We will definitely...

"Location was excellent, as well as the cleanliness and staff of the hotel. Very good experience."

"I did not like the fact that the hot tub was closed and that the pool was being used for swim classes with kids so the hotel guest could not enjoy the pool or the hot tub fully, which is why I booked this hotel very disappointed"

"The staff and waitstaff were wonderful--very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The only downside was that the rooms felt a little outdated and could use some updating. We had a pleasant experience."

"Good staff , good room ,"
