"Great location near Paddington Station, Kensington Palace and many more places. Lots of food and drink options within walking distance. Beds were super comfortable and room was spacious. We will stay here again!"

"Loved our stay here. Felt safe, room was small as pictured but had everything that we needed and the layout was well thought-through in terms of mirrors and electrical outlets for hairstyling etc. Loved the Lavazza espresso machine and complimentary water bottles & cookies. Great neighbourhood close to Paddington station. Gave a neutral rating for Amenities because we didn’t explore them, just slept in the room. The staff was kind and helpful when I told them that my bag had been stolen from the train on the way there. Expensive, but everything in London is. Would stay again for the right price!"

"We had a great stay at the Colombia. All the staff were excellent. Its also in a great location ,Kensington gardens just a 2 min walk and the tube a 5 min walk. The rooms are dated, but spotlessly clean. Would stay here again."

"On arrival met by very friendly staff. Went straight to my room (6th floor- no lift) on arrival nice large room basic furniture and a sink A double bed (requested) and a single. Shower and toilet same floor couple Mt's away. Comfy bed. I didn't have breakfast on offer till 9am. Great location...quite....and very good value for money!! I will be back and will request lower floor!"

"Beautiful newly refurbished hotel in a good location facing Hyde park, 10 minutes walk from Paddington Station. The rooms are quite spacious and it really is lovely, the only downside for me and my husband was no dressing gowns in the room, empty fridge and no room service and the bar shuts at 11pm even for residents ! Crazy, I've never experienced this in a London hotel before and the fact that you can't even order a drink to your room even crazier ! Also our coffee machine didn't work and we couldn't order a coffee to our room in the morning, seriously this needs to change, I mean n o room service in a hotel and it's a Marriott owned property ! I discussed all the. above points on check-out but she didn't seem to care"
