"The apartment was beautifully done and well stocked with most anything you need. Check in/out and all communication with Ryan, the host, was clear and pleasant. Check in/out was easy! The location suited my needs in a quieter neighborhood with everything you might want within about 5 minutes. Overall a very relaxing and pleasant stay."

The space is a downstairs apartment with 2 other units above. We really enjoyed meeting the neighbors. We were able to walk to the lake a few blocks over and it is a walkable distance to all the downtown restaurants and City Beach. "The electronic lock on door did not work. I was not aware there was a lock box and did not have a code. My phone did not get service in that area. A neighbor finally came home and let me use his phone. I got code and key. Please let others know about lock box and code. Rest of visit was enjoyable"

"This home was great. Yes, it's a bit outdated, but the location makes up for it. This property is a must-see if you're a boater or a lake lover. The price was great as well, considering neighboring properties, some even on the same doc, are listed at 3X the price as this property. Thanks for having us. We will be back!"
