"Stayed in March for my birthday weekend, location is great yes but this place needs some major renovations. Rooms are very outdated, elevator didn’t work had to find someone everytime you came in to get to your room. Worst thing of all NO HOT WATER and I mean none freezing cold jumping out of the shower with soap all over you cold!!! All 3 nights told night staff nothing was done, day staff nothing was done, called to speak to a manager left messages never recieved a call back. Our room was next...
