Aunque no conozco la zona a fondo como para poder opinar con conocimiento de causa, creo que es el único hotel de verdad en los alrededores. Cuando utilice los distintos buscadores, solo encontré hostales o casas individuales. Este hotel tiene instalaciones bastante aceptables, buena zona de aparcamiento y las habitaciones son espaciosas. Buen trato y gran amabilidad por parte de la recepcionista. Buen establecimiento.

Hôtel très bien pour une nuit. Rien de particulier dans les environs. Personnel sympathique, essaye de se débrouiller à satisfaire le client malgré le problème de la langue.

Hotel antiguo y necesitado de mejoras. No tiene aire en las habitaciones y son pequeñas. Eso sí, está en el centro del Valle, los empleados amables y tiene restaurante en el hotel y alrededores

Nuitée retour de vacances hôtel propre un peu bruyant à 7h du matin du fait de l’enlèvement des poubelles ! Mais à part cela rien à dire personnel super sympathique mis à part à la réception personne pas très souriante !

Me encantó la habitación pero he de decir que faltaba un poco más de limpieza, pues el teléfono estaba bastante sucio y le faltaba un buen ambientador a la habitación. Pues, se sentía el olor del cliente anterior. Lo restante excelente la cena , el atendimiento de los camareros de barra y comedor y recepción la mujer muy amable y atenta.

Aunque el hotel tiene unos años, es la tercera vez que me hospedaba en él, está en buen estado de mantenimiento. Me pareció que está bien cuidado. No me gustó el hecho de que al llegar a recepción, me dirigiera en euskera a la persona que nos atendió, y no tuviera una mínima formación como para, al menos, responder al saludo en el idioma autóctono del Baztan. Creo que hay que cuidar ese tipo de detalles.
