"The staff were super friendly and kind but unfortunately there were things that just made the experience not so grand. First we arrived to our tv on, had to call because the remote wouldn’t work and after a couple visits they replaced the batteries. Whomever cleaned knew the remote was dead because they couldn’t. Turn the tv off but left it for us to deal with. Then the sofa bed wasn’t made so we had to find sheets in the closet and make it ourselves even though it was known that we needed it because we reserved the suite for 6 people. After making the bed we found that there was one thin blanket to go on it and one pillow. We called to see if there was a comforter or an extra blanket that could be used and to get a couple pillows. We were told that they had no extra pillows in the entire hotel and to use the couch pillows that they had no comforters but could find us another thin blanket. Then the next morning about 9am our cards all deactivated and we were all locked out of our room and had to make trips downstairs to get help. We also weren’t the only room that had this happen and were told that something happened in the system. Again the staff was great in trying to assist but the visit was a little frustrating and probably wouldn’t have been worthy of noting had it not been a handful of things that occurred. I feel like not having enough bedding and having the make the beds yourselves doesn’t really meet the expectation for a basic level of service for a stay. "

"The staff and views were amazing. The rooms were spacious however the room floors were not mopped so it was sandy. There was stains on the sheets. "

"Here's what happened: I arrived late, nearly 1:00 a.m., exhausted. I'd prepaid the room, but I had to give a card for a hold. The clerk had trouble with the processing system, it took a while, then he said it was OK. I went to sleep. Then at 3:00 a.m., the phone rang: the clerk, telling me that my card hadn't gone through, I need to fix it in the morning. What an insane thing to do! There were so many other ways for this clerk to solve this problem of his own making, beginning with ignoring it; it wasn't an actual problem. But how could anyone think that calling a guest at 3:00 a.m. is the right answer? Then the next night, from 2:00 a.m. to 3:00, one guest intermittently yelled at another from the hallway. Now THAT was a problem that the clerk needed to solve, but didn't. This is a cheap hotel, and I wouldn't leave a review to complain about cheap-hotel drawbacks--the sickly sweet disinfectant stink, the grimy sandpaper-esque towels, the icky fabrics, the horrible decor, the untenable "breakfast," the questionable cleanliness. That's all what I paid for, I guess. But I also paid for a place to sleep for two nights, both of which were ruined--in fact my whole trip was ruined--by things in control of the staff. This place is HORRIBLE."

"The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was amazing. The only downside was the hot tub temperature. It was lukewarm at best. We tried a few different days in our trip but it was the same every time. "

"Clean, safe area. Parking was tight. Room was decent. Pillows were terrible. Too flat to sleep on."
