NO SMOKING IN HOUSE EVER LOSS OF SECURITY! This is the first floor of an ocean block duplex, just one house from ocean. Patio furniture includes dining for 6 with umbrella. Sun porch has split air unit along with a tv. Outside shower is shared with the second floor. 6 beach chairs provided.
