  • New construction, West side of twin home on Harris Harbor, Beach Haven Park, Long Beach Island. 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, open floor plan kitchen living and dining, balcony off dining room with patio dining set, Large foyer, Master suite with balcony, in suite bathroom, large tiled shower, sitting area. mini master with in suite bathroom, large tiled shower 1st floor den/bedroom. large roof deck with views of ocean and bay, great sunsets. Bay is off the back deck with 80' bulkhead. Great views of bay from inside of house. Large finished air conditioned game room on lower level, on grade access to bay area.
    COVID-19 precautions we are taking for a safe Vacation experience.
    1-) All linens, towels, mattress covers, bed spreads, and blankets are sanitized and switched after each guest departure.
    2-) All hard surfaces are disinfected and cleaned after each guest.
    3-) all upholstery will be cleaned and sanitized after each guest.
    4-) property is well stocked for cooking and entertaining.
    5-) Entertainment; pool table, X box, fuzzball, premium cable, fire pit for bayside nights under the stars, bay access in back yard for Kayaking, fishing, crabbing, swimming, 3 outside decks and a patio, Ground level wet bar at patio for bay and fire pit access, bikes.

A perfect escape…

John and Diane were the absolutely the best hosts. The house is absolutely beautiful. We loved that the kitchen had everything we needed. The firepit was perfect for our warmest evening. Plenty of beds for everyone and a close walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Stayed after my son’s wedding on LBI. Beautiful spot on bay. Rooftop view is spectacular. Short walk to beach. Clean, comfy. Family stopped in for visits and there was plenty of room.

Great vacation house!

We love this house and all the amenities. It was so nice being waterfront. We love the fire pit area, the rooftop, taking the kayaks out, the pool table, and the great big kitchen for cooking and enjoying family meals. Plenty of chairs and sand toys too for a short walk to the beach. Great location for lots of restaurants too.

This was a beautiful home in a terrific location with everything provided exactly as listed on VRBO. Very clean, comfortable, and many amenities provided. Docking on the bay

This is a perfect place to stay. Might even try to take for a week in the summer. Clean, spacious and so many different areas to hang with the family. Beautiful to sit on dock anytime of day. Lower level fun entertainment area. Owner is very accommodating and available. Highly recommend.

Happy Thanksgiving

My family and I were looking for a Thanksgiving getaway. This property was perfect! The location was amazing with beautiful views of the bay. The house itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. We felt right at home. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made checking in and out simple. I highly recommend this property!

We stayed two nights for a family wedding in early Fall. We didn't spend much time at the property aside from sleeping. Our grandsons did enjoy the game room! Wish we had had more time to enjoy the outside area with the fire pit and take in the views. The property owner was great and responsive to our emails. Would recommend this condo.

Long weekend family get away

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home!!My husband and I had our 3 adult children for a few extra days after Christmas. We decided to spend it on LBI. We spent hours playing pool, foosball, board games and had dinner with. local friends. The house also had plenty of room for individual quiet time. It was just what we needed to decompress from the busyness of the holidays. John and Dianne were fabulous hosts and very responsive. House was very clean and had everything we needed. We hope to return for a future stay!

Home Away From Home

Home away from home is the best way to describe John & Dianne’s home. From the day of our arrival until the last moments of being in Long Beach Island, I felt at home. Their home is impeccable - super clean, well maintained, super stocked with everything you would need in your own home down to the linens. They were always readily available in the event we needed something during our stay. The view this home has is amazing! While it’s on the bay side of LBI, it has a roof top deck that provides amazing views of both the ocean and the bay - perfect for sunrises and sunsets. It’s also just a short walk to the shore. There’s also an awesome back yard consisting of a gas fire pit and a dock that leads out to the inlet. Beautifully kept and a warm welcoming, I hands down would love to book another stay here. John & Dianne are excellent hosts! Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for our stay for our niece's wedding. The only issue was that we were too busy to enjoy the property as much as we intended. The house was clean, well equipped and had plenty of room for our small party. The view from the rooftop as fantastic and we will definitely consider the property for future visits to LBI.

horrible want a refund

rental # 1276284 June 2 - 4, 2018 case # 16227411 owner should not be a renter. barged into house on the kids (all over 18) when I was not there. that is illegal and cops told him that. complained about something being spilled and food being all over the counters. I have been renting houses for 30 years and have never had anything like this happen. when you have a house with kids and a lot of people you will have food on counters (we do eat) and a drink or 2 spilled and cleaned up. complained kids in/out! are we not allowed to go in and out? its a beach house for crying out loud!! we can ALL come and go as we please. He should not have any say in the matter. had my husband and I come over to his side of the rental, sat us down and proceeded to lecture us on our kids! who the hell does he think he is? he was paid A LOT of money for 1 and 1/2 days. arrived at 1am on June 3 and left this morning before 11am June 4 the rental says parties welcome. we never even checked-in until 1am. he should not rent and should have to refund for barging in! that is illegal. nobody should rent from these people. I want a refund . He should not be a renter. He knows nothing about the rules. no info in house on anything. The absolute best experience !

We cannot say enough good things about our expeirence. The owners were execellant and even allowed us a little tour of the place prior to staying. We got married in LBI in October and rented the house to stay in with some of our bridal party. We also used to it to get ready the day of the wedding and took some beautiful pictures out by the bay. We will always remember our stay here and how comfortable and perfect everything was - we already talked about coming back to stay in it for our 5 year anniversary. It had everything you could have needed and the basement with the pool table and bar was the perfect entertainment spot especially on the night of our rehersal when it was raining outside. Owners are great! Place is great! Price was amazing!! Would recommend it to anyone.
