FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL Steps to the ocean and mostly all new. 2nd Floor duplex close enough to smell the salt from the ocean. Cross at corner of 75th( 2 houses from corner).2 homes in from the ocean. Duplex in Beach Haven Crest. New floors and kitchen cabinets. 3 nice size bedrooms, 2 full bathroom, one is a bath tub. Internet provided during July and August only. Now pet friendly 1 pet up to 40 lb max and $1000 pet security deposit IN ADDITION TO SECURITY OF $1000 OR CHOICE OF $70 DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE -NON REFUNDABLE FEE. Propane for grill TO BE REFILLED BY TENANT beach passes NOT INCLUDED Where else can you find a house to sleep 8 so close to the ocean for under $2500 for prime summer weeks? Tenant to leave grill clean and home move in ready for sanitizing crew or $200 will be deducted from security. Non-refundable pet fee of $250 plus a refundable Pet security deposit $1000 in addition to $1000 security damage. Check in no earlier then 3pm.
