Full kitchen with updated SS appliances (new 2024), dining room, living room, and den on the first floor allowing plenty of room for families to gather. Fire up the grill for meals enjoyed on the outdoor patio shaded by a retractable awning, outdoor furniture includes dining table, chairs and umbrella. Full size garage to store all your vacation gear. But pack lightly because everything you need for a day at the beach is provided: 6 badges, 6 beach chairs, a rolling beach cooler, and a wheeled cart to carry towels and toys.

Vacation in a home that is a part of LBI history. This charming, updated cottage is recognized as the first Cape Cod built on the island in 1933! Three generations later the Burnet family still own and vacation in this timeless property. Pillows, blankets and comforters provided.
