"Was a great 3 night stay. rooms were clean, neat, well appointed and up to date. The only issue was the AC unit blows right on the head of whomever is sleeping in the first bed. Had to set up a few chairs and towels to block to the cold blowing air. Aside from that everything was very nice."

Cottage in the heart of Beach haven!

"The cottage is cute set back from the road, Parking though is hard to find. I parked in the driveway because there were no spots on the street. The next day I received an email telling me to move my car or be towed. I assumed that is where you parked but as requested moved to a spot I found down the street. The cottage is just as described. The living room was adequate with a tv, a sofa and a loveseat. My only compliant is that there was no cable. It was mostly apps which brought you to old shows and a few network news shows which repeated during the day. You could not get any of the network TV shows as they were being broadcast. There was Netflix though. The air conditioning was good for main area but there is none in the other rooms. The kitchen had most of what as needed. There is a stove and a frig. The coffee maker is a Keurig, so make sure to bring or buy some K cups if you want coffee. It could use an electric teapot to boil water and a toaster oven. There was a toaster as well as plates and utensils to use. The bathroom is tiny. It had a toilet, a sink and a tiny shower. I had to duck to wash my hair and you had to watch that you turned the spout towards the inner wall or the water would squirt on the floor behind you. There was a plastic sheet there but it didn't cover the whole area. Both bedrooms were of a nice size with new beds.. Beach towels and linens for the beds were provided but make sure you bring your own as well. All in all, not bad for the price on LBI"
