Amazing place to stay

This was an amazing property! The host is very nice and it is a super cute, clean house that is close to everything in LBI cute front yard, close to the beach and bay. Amazing place to stay with family or friends.

Center of Everything

My family loved this location! It literally was walking distance to the beach, the bay, restaurants, stores, and night clubs. Very spacious. Plenty of beach chairs and games provided.

Rental clearly not ready

I arrived 1 day prior to my family so I can get work done that needed to get done for my job so I can enjoy the rest of my stay. There was no internet.....Wi-fi was not set up. No computer, no TV. The rental was freshly painted which is great, but the odor was nauseating. After settling in, I went out to the grill to cook dinner, the grill was rusted and unusable. Not only that, there is a black charring up the side of the covered porch. there grill will cause a fire in the future. Don't use it. The owner was notified about the internet and the grill. after trying several time to get on the the internet, I gave up. notified the owner again. He told me he was just there and it worked fine, Meanwhile, the Xfinity box was sitting on the chair in the living room. The owner told me that there will be a new grill the next day and someone will be there for the internet. So the next day, we are waiting for the Xfinity installer to arrive. He showed up during our lunch. Sitting in the house waiting for Xfinity was not what we had planned for our morning. The grill never showed. Now it's our 3rd day, all the food I brought for grilling went in the freezer. Eating out was not what we had planned or what I can afford. Several hundred dollars for takeout. As you all know, the grill was brought but could not be installed because they needed a part. The owner showed up but never came in to apologize for our inconvenience. Still not grill. asked for a refund but no reply. Attorney notified

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect, walking distance to everything! Directions for the house were clear and checking in was super simple. Only surprise was when we arrived there was no toilet paper or soap (it seemed like we were the first guests of the season). Normally when I do an air b&b type of stay somewhere, the house has a few basic things like dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. But overall a really nice find!

Great Stay

We had a wedding in LBI and stayed here for a long weekend. It was everything we wanted and more! We were walking distance to everything including the venue & after party. Check in and check out was smooth and they even provided sheets for us. Thanks so much!

Another great LBI week!

We love this location. 2nd year in a row does not disappoint!!! Easy walk to everything you want. Only comment is the listing said the primary bed was a queen. So we brought queen sheet and found a king size bed. Fabulous vacation!

A wonderful week at the beach

We so enjoyed our week at this adorable beach house! From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be perfect for us to have a great time on LBI. The house was clean, well decorated and had a great sleeping configuration for me and my family. Location is absolutely perfect to walk to everything you could ever want to do in Beach Haven, and the beach was an easy three block walk across the boulevard. Homes in the area are beautifully landscaped and well maintained which made sitting on the porches so lovely. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and loved that we could eat inside or outside. My kids cried leaving on the last day and asked when we could go back again, so we are already looking to rent here again next year. I couldn’t recommend this place more especially if you have a big family.

Epic failure/book elsewhere!

This rental was an epic failure. At a minimum a renter expects cleanliness and safety, both of which were sadly lacking.The only thing going for this rental in its current state is its location. But we could have slept in our car on this street for that alone. And we might as well since half of us slept on mattresses on the floor due to broken, collapsed beds. Not to mention every smoke detector missing batteries/with one on the second floor loudly alarming every 30 seconds rendering sleep impossible for all! . Filthy black stained chairs and sofa in the living room, filthy stained mattress pads on the broken framed beds. The bedroom balcony had a thick carpet of bird excrement, couldn't even step outside on it. Grill disgusting. Main side door entrance lock broken, couldn't lock the door from the outside from this entrance. Panel door to large bedroom closet broken off it's track, hanging. We had to leave after only 2 horrid nights, simply not habitable. After numerous texts to the owner over the course of the first 24 hours, the owner stated they are out of the states and didn't know of any one on island to fix the broken beds or constantly alarming smoke detector, then the owner went silent w/no further comunication. We strongly suggest owner secures the services of a local property management company as they are unable to manage the property out of the area and did not rectify any issue. VRBO contacted, mandated owner must agree to full refund of stay.

Great Condo!

My family stayed in Jionni’s condo for a family November wedding. I can’t rave enough. It was extremely clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Jionni was extremely accommodating. The price for November was perfect for 2 families to afford. Do not second guess yourself if you are looking at this rental. You will not be disappointed.

I rented this place for my parents for an Anniversary getaway. They had nothing but great things to say about the place. They loved the location and the layout of the house. Very nice townhouse in Beach Haven

Very nice house and was as pictured. A couple shortcomings: missing light bulbs, no towel racks in bathrooms and no batteries in smoke detectors. Otherwise owner was very helpful and amenable with our check in time and linens provided. I would recommend this listing to future beach goers!
