Washer/Dryer are shared between floors, located in the shed. .1 dog 40 lb max with $250 pet fee and $1000 pet security permitted
Parking is for 2 cars only, at all times. Tenant to leave home i move in ready for sanitizing crew Grill must be left clean or tenant will be charged.

Also choice of $1000 regular security or the purchase of the damage insurance plus $500
