We are a family that has been visiting Long Beach Island for the past 30 years and have newly purchased and lovingly renovated our new home.
We are SO excited to HOST you and your family as our GUESTS!
This second-floor unit provides great outdoor space with a large 10x12 private deck, BEACH BLOCK with lifeguard post (based on lifeguard availability) at our access point. It’s such a comfort to be able to watch your kids walk to the beach with no streets to cross and immediately onto a lifeguarded beach.
We are located on the famous Beach Avenue. This is THE street where biking, walking, running happens safely with minimal traffic and a 15mph speed zone. Leave your seaside sanctuary and within steps immediately start to enjoy these activities with the company of a salt breeze and, the sounds of the ocean.
THE convenient location places you blocks away from Acme (read: walking distance. 0.4 mile), and Skipper Dipper (our vote for best ice cream on the island, 0.4 mile). 2.5 miles from Fantasy Island (children’s attractions) and where most of the best shops and restaurants on the island are located.
Our home is the second floor of a duplex. The home has a separate entrance for privacy, 3 bedrooms, one full bathroom, open concept living and dining room and galley kitchen with shared outdoor shower.
The home has been lovingly renovated with engineered hardwood flooring, mostly new furniture throughout, new ceiling fans in all rooms, Casper mattresses, Tempurpedic pillows, and new bedding. New Smart TV in the living room.
We capped it off with brand-new high-end appliances like a Bosch dishwasher, LG stacked washer/dryer and a brand new refrigerator.
No effort has been spared to create a comfy, cozy, restorative oasis to enjoy during your stay.
The unit accommodates up to 6 guests with (2) Queen-size beds and (2) Twin-size beds. No pull-out sofas or bunk beds!
We have central air conditioning and new ceiling fans in every room to keep things cool for the summer and base board heating for the winter to keep things cozy.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or, late afternoon drinks on the shaded deck with retractable electric awning. Go ahead and break out that new book to read or, just breathe the salt air, listen to the crashing waves and, just… relax…
The deck is outfitted with a new Weber Genesis grill, outdoor dining table and 6 chairs.
The living room has a large sectional that can accommodate six adults. Board games, puzzles and books are provided for your enjoyment.
The kitchen has an apartment sized refrigerator, electric stove/oven, toaster, blender, and a Keurig coffee machine. Fully stocked with cups, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, utensils, etc.
Dining area has a large table that seats six. We are foodies so you may find the kitchen well stocked.
The full bathroom, with tub, has recently been remodeled.
This is our family home and has not been purchased for rental potential only. We have renovated and furnished it with care, attention to detail and love, so as to provide a luxurious and comfortable stay for our guests. We hope that you enjoy our home as much as we do.

This is a quiet, quaint, family-oriented beach town. Our home provides our guests the very best location! Right at the heart of the Island on a Beach block just steps to the beach. Our block is a quiet residential neighborhood occupied mostly by owners with less crowded beaches than in some other areas.
You will love the convenience of being only blocks (6) from the major grocery store on the Island, Acme. 9 blocks from our family voted ‘best ice cream on the island’, Skipper Dipper. And, 2.5 miles south from the heart of LBI where most of the BEST restaurants and retail stores are located.
