The light-filled open floor plan features a living room, dining area, and kitchen creating plenty of room for everyone to gather. Enjoy meals on the adjacent deck with bay views. A master suite with a queen bed and a full bath complete the sunny top floor. The first floor has 3 additional bedrooms- a junior suite with a king bed and full bath, Bedroom three has two singles with sliders to a south-facing covered deck. A spacious fourth bedroom has two singles. A full bath and washer/dryer alcove can also be found on the first floor. Lots of room for off-street parking. Pets are permitted with owner approval. An additional $300 security deposit and a $300 non-refundable pet fee are required. Pool addendum to be signed with the lease. Pillows and blankets are provided.
