"Our family of eight (2 adults, 2 teens, and 4 kids) had a wonderful stay at this Lake Anna home. The house was exactly as advertised, and everything matched the listing photos and description.One of the biggest surprises was how well equipped the kitchen was. We enjoy cooking together on vacation, and this home had the best cookware we've ever experienced in a rental. It made preparing meals easy and enjoyable.The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bedding was high quality. There were plenty of floats for everyone to enjoy, and the fishing right from the property was a lot of fun for both the kids and adults.The only advice we'd give future guests is to reserve a boat as early as possible. Rentals on the private side of Lake Anna can be limited, especially during the busy season, so booking ahead is well worth it.Overall, this is an outstanding property that exceeded our expectations. We'd happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped getaway."

"Phenomenal house! There were lots of features that really set it above and beyond. The property has a pizza oven and Traeger grill which was perfect for us since our whole family likes to cook. There was also a wonderful game room with a pool table where we spent a lot of time. My family had a wonderful week and would happily stay again!!"

"My family and I just returned from a wonderful week-long stay at this home. The house is outstanding...many bedrooms, updated bathrooms, a fantastic basement game room (with large TV, board games, a Wii, pool, & ping pong) and an open-plan, extremely well-equipped kitchen. Something I really enjoy when staying at vacation homes is when the owners are kind enough to include some of the household basics, and this house did! Foil, plastic wrap, baggies, spices, vegetable and olive oil, extra batteries for remotes, plenty of cleaning supplies...this house had it all. There was room for the food we brought in the cabinets, which is also a feature I love when staying at a home. The full-sized extra fridge in the basement for overflow drinks or food was a great thing too.The waterfront area is a short, paved walk away and it's supplied with great polywood chairs. We used the kayaks almost daily. This summer, the lake level is low (not the owner's fault!) but we were able to rent a pontoon boat and moor it at the end of the dock safely. We were concerned about water depth for that upon arrival but it worked well. The cove is nice and safe for swimming, boating, floating, etc. even though it's close to larger open water. No floats present but we brought a few of our own. Management was super communicative and check-in and out was easy. They set up the front door with a unique digital lock code.I'd rent this house again without hesitation, and will look to if we return to Lake Anna."

"We stayed here comfortably with 5 families and had no need to leave the property all week! The kids loved playing in the water all day and enjoyed playing games on the screened in porch at night."

"Wonderful property and house. The house is EVEN better in person. We didn’t realize just how big the house is- the separate game space was incredible, didn’t disrupt the kiddos sleeping upstairs while the adults played pool & music downstairs. Each room has fans and the AC kept the house nice and cool! Only downside was all the batteries were dead in all TV remotes, outside lights did not work which made it especially hard to see & lake VERY warm. Overall 5/5, left happy and likely to return"

"Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was great to communicate with and the home was very clean. We really liked the game room, hot tub, fire pit, and the lakefront pier. The owners have thought of everything to keep your family entertained. I highly recommend this rental property. 5 Stars!"

"Had a wonderful time in spite of the weather! Kitchen was well stocked and Megan was very responsive. The view from the dock was beautiful and the kids had a great time with the kayaks and sunboards. Would definitely stay here again!"
