"The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the view from our room when we arrived but the manager (think her name was Tatyana) went out of her way to sort this out for us. The rooms were spotless - the towels were changed 2 or 3 times a day! The beach is a great addition to the amenities and the view there is spectacular. I would also like to give a special mention to the lovely staff who work on the reception desk. They were all lovely and, like the manager, really went out of their way to make sure you had a great stay. They were all really smiley and patient, even when the front desk was busy"

"Very nice and attentive staff. Asked for soap (dispenser in room was broken) and it was brought in 2 minutes. The shower was a bit of a challenge (small). Only had shampoo a soap- no conditioner. Location and entire area were amazing! Nice to have a pool. Breakfast had a lot of options and enjoyed our stay!"

"Our stay at Hotel Palazzo was great! It was a quiet hotel and further away from Kotor Old Town, which we liked. The hotel staff was very helpful, attentive and nice. Their service made our stay much more pleasant. They let us enjoy the pool while we waited to check in. Their pool was lovely and relaxing, a definite plus under the summer heat. The hotel restaurant food was also delicious! They also helped us find our way to/from Kotor Old Town (which Old Town ended up being the least enjoyable part of our time there). Their parking is a bit difficult, because you have to drive up a steep hill, but I think this is how things are in the area. Lastly their rooms are clean and comfortable, but decoration and furniture could use a small upgrade. Their bathrooms are upgraded and really nice! All in all, the hotel is great and a nice quiet get away."

"The location is fantastic for a quieter Kotor experience. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with everything for cooking and washing clothes. On the downside there is only one air conditioner in the main room of the unit. If you are travelling with 3 or more people, you must sleep with the master bedroom door open to access the AC during the night. The only bathroom is also located through the master bedroom making it very inconvenient for a third party guest to access during the night."

"We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this apartment. The property has a stunning view of the bay and mountains, which is wonderful to look at whilst relaxing on the terrace.It is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a regular bus route on the main road into Kotor (and the other way), with bus stops at the end of the hill, but these aren't sign posted. Also the bay for swimming and supermarket are within a 10 minute walk. There are also a few bars/restaurants along the seafront. The apartment is modern and well maintained with all you need, except strangely no bath mat, hand towels or tea towel. But we improvised!The host is really helpful and communicates promptly. The pool is lovely and the garden area is nice to relax in. The hill up to the apartment is a killer if you are walking so be prepared! It is not suitable for all!"
