The Resort at Port Ludlow

"The property grounds and surrounding area is stunning. This extends to the room, it felt warm and homey in the best way. The size of the rooms were amazing, the jet tub was a hit with my kids, and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities fee paid for itself with the included parking alone. We were sad that they did not have any of the s’mores kits made (2 kits were supposed to be one of the included amenities) and didn’t offer an alternative or to make more kits. The checkout time listed on my itinerary when I booked said 12pm, I was informed that the hotel had switched to 11am after the date I booked. I would have hoped the original booking would be honored but it was only an hour. The made to order breakfast was waayyy too expensive for what you get. Snack market onsite was standard for hotel. The one restaurant looked nice but definitely not a reasonable choice if you have young kids. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids under 10-13. Going as a single adult or couple would be the best experience."

Angie has appointed the house with everything you could possibly need, it is spacious and clean and comfortable. I can't see enough wonderful things about the house, the property and this owner! "What a terrific stay. The home and its location were both wonderful. The hostess was wonderful. It was all-around terrific. The home is about equidistant to Poulsbo and Kingston, so while it feels “away from it all” you’re not isolated if you don’t want to be. Great parks and beaches nearby, too. I want to go back sooner than later."

"Only thing is I had time to panic about check in. I could have totally accepted “you’ll have before you need it”. Some things didn’t work like light switches and how to turn on what we needed. But we dealt and it certainly didn’t spoil that view!! Thank you! We just got home after dawdling in Poulsbo! Happy and relaxed! Time for a glass of wine!"

"A beautiful home and surrounding gardens with an amazing view. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend!! Having a fenced in yard for our Cocker Spaniel was a real bonus."
